It is easily seen that what the wtbts endeavours to be discreet about is the business of 'their' master - lying, false promises, false prophecy and abuse.
What they heartily endeavour not to be discreet about, indeed make a show of, is the preaching.

for many of us who were perhaps like myself - a dyed in the wool society man/woman and very strong supporter of the "last days concept".. i have a question,-- below is just an example of the 14th century-.
can you name anytime in history since the day jesus and paul introduced the dogma of the last days where those who called themselves christians didn't believe that they were the ones who were suppose to get the fullfillment of the last days dogma?.
has there any been a time say in 800ad or 1215ad, etc---- where those who were believers taught that the last days would come not in thier time but further down the road long after they were dead and gone?.
Well, I'm a bible believer - but I don't keep tabs on where my hardhat is. Never will either. I think it depends on which bible believers you hang out with.

I am quite sure that they would not appreciate having been lied to anymore than I do, and I think it appropriate to expose the heads of the 'church' to them as undoubtedly being the very liars that they already suspect.

In typical form the wtbts thinks you should hit kids with a hard piece of stick, then make them go from house to house - or maybe kill them by not 'eating' blood. Whatever it takes to appease that imaginary beast.
It would be better if they sank into the sea of mankind burdened down with guilt, than to be teaching children how to be arrogant and self-righteous.

It seems that exposing the wt as liars does do a kind of good for some - though there still seems to be many who are not interested in the shortcomings because no one else is offering (falsely though it be) the world that they do. That one where badies get killed off, and everyone's smiling in good fortune. It works on the desires.

a nearby congregation announced that due to the society's winning the case in the supreme court concerning door to door work, territories that have not been worked in 2 years, will now be worked.
publishers should no longer contact the local police dept.
before they go in the field, no longer should they tell the police where they will be working or what cars they will be driving, including license plates.
I think the society is quick to get into bed with whoever gives them what they want

i was thinking that since most of you have experianced shunning due to disfelowshiping or disassociation, that you might have some ideas adn scriptures to show how df and da shunning is unscriptural.
